AGCO is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of agricultural machinery. AGCO Power Oy is responsible for the AGCO’s engine needs with four factories located in Finland, Brazil, China, and Argentina. Our engines are used in agricultural tractors, combine harvesters, forestry machines, material handling equipment, and generators. We manufacture engines in the power range of 50 to 370 kW. In addition, we produce gears, transmission components, and backup power units. Our workforce exceeds 800 employees.

Job summary
This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, marketing campaigns and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, proactive, and has basic understanding about sales and marketing. We offer supportive work environment along with training from experienced professionals. This role will give you experience from real projects and possibility to make an impact on the success of the sales and marketing team. This job requires attention to detail and good time management as you will be working as a part of dynamic team. Strong communication skills are your main asset as collaboration with sales and marketing team takes place via several channels.
Job responsibilities
- Support the sales team with lead generation, customer follow-ups, and CRM updates.
- Participate in trade shows when applicable.
- Assist with travel arrangements and process travel expense reports.
- Conduct arrangements for customer and stakeholder group visits.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital and traditional).
- Help prepare sales presentations and promotional materials.
Desired qualifications
- principles and sales processes.
- familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms is a plus.
- proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or other similar tools.
- fluent in Finnish and English (additional languages is benefit).
