Technology Integration Manager and Site Lead
Following the implementation of AGCO’s Farmer-First strategy in 2021, the Precision AGCO organization was created to solve meaningful problems that create unique value for farmers through the development, manufacturing, and sales of new, value adding products offered to customer through a “Retrofit First” approach. At the same time, AGCO has focused on growing our technology development capabilities to better serve farmers with solutions that will enable them to sustainable feed our world and has expanded our footprint and engaged new university partners to establish a robust talent pipeline for our current and future growth.
- Own the technology integration plan within the Precision Ag and Digital organization
- Lead the team of Technology Integration Leads to coordinate, monitor and drive activities amongst the identified teams required to successfully integrate new technology into assigned vehicle platforms
- Provide voice of the customer for a new technology consideration, therefore aiding in the development of the value adding technologies to farmers.
- Coordinate with engineering and product management teams to create AGCO’s retrofit, aftermarket, and factor installed product offerings
- Serve as a thought leader and trusted partner to other leaders across the product organization
- Facilitates cross- functional coordination and communication on product plans and integration timing between Precision AGCO and AGCO product management teams
- Serve as the primary contact for university engagement between AGCO and local universities creating a strong talent pipeline, demonstrating thought leadership, and supporting internal product development needs
- Proactively identify university engagement opportunities with mid- and near-term execution plans
- Foster a culture of safety and inclusion at the Phoenix Innovation Center including overseeing the facilities, needs of employees, and tactical plans for future growth
- Will have the opportunity to lead and contribute to other projects as assigned
A successful candidate in this role will:

- Regularly communicate with stakeholders across the global organization.
- Properly engage the Technology Integration Group with the product delivery teams ensuring the success of AGCO’s entire product lines delivery exception customer experiences
- Coordinate the efforts of the Technology Integration Leads ensuring best practices are employed across the sites and “lessons learned” are retained and shared across the team.
- Aide in the personal and professional development of the Technology Integration Leads.
- Aide in clearing organizational roadblocks of specific technology integration projects.
- Possess prior knowledge of an aspect of developing, integrating, and commercializing Ag technology with a desire to continue to increase understanding.
What you will bring:
- 5+ years of experience leading product development projects within a global, multi-site organization
- Experience in agriculture, agriculture equipment, agronomy, or other related fields
- PgMP, PMP or other related certificates (strongly preferred)
- Effective written and verbal communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with customers, dealers, and diverse internal teams throughout all levels of the organization
- Strong ability to build relationships and foster collaboration
- Excellent strategic thinking skills with proven track record of delivering results
- Strong ability to humbly influence diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
- Moderate ability to understand technical details.
