  • Establish responsible AI governance, including explainability, business rules, data standards, auditability, risk management, and controls that protect service, cost, and customer commitments
  •  Partner with business leaders, IT, AI champions, and external technology providers to drive adoption, build AI-native capabilities, and track portfolio performance against delivery, adoption, governance, ROI, and value-realization KPIs

Your Experience and Qualifications

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, digital transformation, or AI transformation, including leadership of technology-driven supply chain initiatives

  • Deep expertise across demand planning, supply planning, material planning, inventory optimization, and S&OP processes, with strong understanding of where AI can generate business value
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI governance, and experience with enterprise planning platforms and ERP/APS solutions such as SAP and Kinaxis
  • Strong transformation leadership, product delivery, change management, and executive stakeholder management skills, with fluency in both German and English

Your Benefits
