Business Development Manager (m/w/d) EME – OEM-Partners.

In our Commercial team, you will help to develop our Retrofit business in existing markets, in addition to fostering growth opportunities for our OEM business. We pride ourselves on setting up close partnerships with both our retrofit and OEM channels to empower farmers to make the best agronomic decisions, aspiring to exceed their expectations and position us as the brand of choice.
What you will do
- You collaborate with the Commercial and Agronomy Teams to set up strategic partnerships with European-based OEMs
- You find new business opportunities as well as customer potentials
- You act as a Business driver for the Precision Planting business by finding, developing, and implementing key development activities to exceed revenue goals.
- You find new business opportunities as well as prospective customers.
- You elaborate financing programs and supply them to farmers across Europe.
- You work closely with internal and external stakeholders, prepare contract documents and supply agreements.
- You are the key contact person for our OEM business whether those are customers, commercial representatives, supply chain, and other departments.
What you will bring
- Completed bachelor's degree in the field of agriculture or business administration or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in sales or account management (preferably in agriculture/technology)
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English
