Your Impact
- You provide strategic leadership for and lead the execution of complex, global electronics, software, and system integration programs within AGCO’s Electronic Functional Group (EFG)
- You act as the senior authority for EFG project prioritization, sequencing and resource alignment, ensuring predictable delivery on scope, timeline, quality, and dependencies
- You drive disciplined project execution through robust planning, milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and timely escalation of critical risks and trade-offs
- You partner closely with the Engineering PMO to ensure alignment with enterprise standards, portfolio transparency, and governance while retaining EFG ownership of delivery decisions
- You promote technical and delivery excellence by enabling end-to-end collaboration across engineering disciplines and driving continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practices
- You serve as local disciplinary Manager and legal representative for the EFG Marktoberdorf entity, leading the site group with operational excellence, regulatory compliance and alignment to global EFG strategy
- You lead and develop EFG project and department leaders, foster a performance-driven culture, and represent EFG project execution in senior leadership and stakeholder forums
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience leading complex hardware and software development programs in a global industrial or technology environment as well as global matrix organizations
- 5+ years in senior leadership roles within project/program management and/or Agile transformation
- Strong expertise in electronics and product development lifecycles (including embedded systems and system validation) and proven ability to apply Agile or hybrid methodologies in hardware/software environments, including risk and resource management
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale engineering programs, including budgeting, resource planning, and cross-functional execution
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on customer-centric innovation and process improvement
