Join our Global PTx HR Team as an HR Business Partner for the EME and APA regions, where you’ll work closely with regional leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives and align people strategies with business goals. In this impactful role, you’ll help shape a high-performing, inclusive culture by supporting leadership development, compliance, and employee engagement across diverse markets.
Your Impact
- You act as a strategic advisor to regional leaders across EME and APA, aligning HR initiatives with business goals
- You drive performance management and coach leaders on effective development practices
- You advise on employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR policy application
- You ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal standards in collaboration with Country HR
- You support the implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs
- You manage sensitive employee matters, including investigations and disciplinary actions
- You use HR analytics to identify trends and inform strategic decisions
- You lead and support change initiatives that foster an inclusive, high-performing culture
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–10 years of progressive HR experience, including business partnering in international settings
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law across EME & APA, and global compliance requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills as well as fluency in English
- Proven ability to handle complex employee issues and lead performance or change processes
- High level of adaptability and analytical thinking in dynamic environments
