Manager, Product Integrity Machine Inspections (m/f/x)

What You Will Do

• You create and constant manage the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) task lists used to complete machine inspections at Dealers
• You manage inbound PDI feedback data flow back to the manufacturing and engineering sites
• You manage outbound responses from site based PDI Specialists back to Dealers
• You work with site based PDI specialists to improve Pre Delivery Inspection content
• You manage the automated bi-lateral translation process for task lists and Dealer responses
• You own systems used to handle the PDI data flow, as well as BI tools used to analyse data
• You execute product audits and training at AGCO dealership and production facilities

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, agronomy, or any comparable Studies

• Good understanding of ag business and distribution network
• Experience working with cross functional, cross brand, multi site processes
• Experienced in managing internal stakeholder relationships  
• Excellent written and oral communications skills (in English)
