Your Impact

  • You support AMPIP project, ECN change management, and Product Support Program implementation in parts data
  • You ensure effective communication and relationship building with stakeholders to meet Farmer First initiatives
  • You facilitate knowledge transfer and documentation during the transition to COE in India and then be a conduit on future activities between site engineering and manufacturing as related to aftersales
  • You collaborate with NPI, Regional / site engineering, and product management teams to support project timing and expectations
  • You work closely with the Regional / site MDM teams to ensure that the service Level Definition (SLD) is clearly defined  
  • You ensure quality work and align efforts with MDM, Parts Books, e-commerce and Tech Info teams for data delivery

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or a technical discipline
  • Experience in parts data management, or related technical field
  • Proven leadership in multi-functional teams and implementation of supporting technologies
  • Experience with agricultural, construction, or automotive equipment
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, along with strong interpersonal and team-building abilities
  • Extensive knowledge of business data management systems and basic understanding of Parts Books creation and product structure
