The Solution Manager is ultimately accountable and responsible for defining and supporting the building of desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable large-scale business solutions that meet customer needs on a global basis. This role achieves this by collaborating with a wide range of people to identify and define customer needs, understand the Solution Context, and develop the Solution Vision and Solution Roadmap. The Solution Manager leads the Solution Owners teams and works in close alignment with the Product Management teams within the ARTs context. The role is part of the Digital Transformation Office and One Digital team.  

What You Will Do

• You will lead disciplinary and functionally all Solution Members i.e. Solution Owners, Portfolio Managers and UX Designers
• You own the solution Lifecycle, this means defining customers and stakeholders as well as creating and evolving a solution vision and roadmap and aligning this with relevant milestone, releases, and EPICs, balancing the needs of multiple customers.
• You communicate investment and capacity needs in advance of the delivery or during annual budgeting cycles.
• You define and prioritize EPICs and Capabilities and own the planning of these trough the solution Kanban
• You continue identifications of digital innovation opportunities and align value with identified stakeholders as well as plan and execute PoC work as required

What You Will Bring

A Plus If You Have

• Prior experience in pricing, product variant management and/or SAP are considered
• Experience in Agriculture or comparable industry
