What You Will Do

• You define and maintain the logical architecture that delivers the customer features for a range of agricultural machines with a focus on tractors
• You analyze system design alternatives with solution architects, hardware engineers and software engineers
• You analyze and verify the implementation of requirements in the hardware and software architecture levels
• You support the integration of global technology solutions in specific machine platforms
• You ensure that the process and the design complies with the required functional safety levels
• You design solutions with team members located in other countries operation in a scaled agile framework

What You Will Bring

• At least Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Informatics, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics (Master’s degree preferred)
• 3+ years of industry experience as a systems engineer or comparable function
• Experience with model-based systems engineering (MBSE)
• Experience in system level design of machine electronic control systems and in electrical engineering
• Experience with automotive and industrial communication networks and protocols (CAN, Ethernet, J1939, UDS, ISOBUS)
• Fluency in English language (written and verbal)

A Plus If You Have

• Knowledge of software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle
• Experience with system modelling and product lifecycle management in PREEvision
• Experience with AUTOSAR classic, ROS2 and DDS middleware
• Experience in automotive product development and with functional safety standards (ISO 25119, ISO 26262)
