What we are looking for:
A professional who develop activities related to components sourcing for tractors projects, ensuring quality and delivery requirements; and develop activities related to tractors design change implementation interacting with other departments for good performance of engineering changes, building reports, database and supporting the NPI team to reach the KPIs.
 
What are you going to do:

  • Work with ECNs (Engineering Change Notices) to implement the design changes on supplier base;
  • Participate in technical interactions between Engineering and Suppliers;
  • Receive demand, evaluate and development acquisition of items and components for current machines and new projects;
  • Managing with supplier delivery parts to approve the samples;
  • Technical discussions with Quality, Engineering and Suppliers to meet the design requirements;
  • Prepare business case for source components, per buyers approval, with best balance between cost, quality and time;
  • Meet frequently with suppliers to ensure delivery of parts according to the project schedule;
  • Analyze and solve issues that guarantee the achievement of due dates.

 

What do you need:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Mechanical, Production, Materials or Mechatronic Engineer;
  • Knowledge in Project Development PMO, KPI management and NPI technical purchases;
  • Advanced English;
  • Discipline and communication are essentials;
  • Good relationship and negotiation skills;
  • Organization, flexibility and ownership.
