What we are looking for:
The department of Product Engineering is looking for a professional who will be responsible to develop new products and technologies for Cabin Systems, as to update existing products. This professional will be responsible for specific and complex activities, working autonomously and reporting the results. This team develops cabins for all AGCO machines (tractors, sprayers, and combines), since the concept and validation, until the SOP.
 
What are you going to do:

  • Develop cabin systems and components;
  • Development of new products and technologies;
  • Ensure technical quality deliveries and meet the project schedule within budget and timing targets;
  • Maintain interfaces with Customers, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales and Marketing departments;
  • Develop engineering solutions and calculations;
  • 3D and 2D drawings assessments, studies and releases;
  • Support prototype procurement and cabin design;
  • Monitor prototype assembly and approve the release for tests;
  • Follow the lab and field tests, validate complete cabin systems and components and approve final results;
  • Prepare production release documentation and project presentations;
  • Use engineering and quality tools to manage and control projects such as DVPR, DFMEA, 8D and Design Quality Reviews with suppliers.

 
What do you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree: Mechanical, Mechatronic or Electronic Engineering;
  • Experience with the development of internal cabin systems, from idea conception to final approval;
  • Experience with 3D design software (CreO desirable);
  • Experience in tools as should cost, DFMEA, DVP&R, 8D (Failure analysis);
  • Advanced English.
