The department of Product Engineering is looking for a professional who will be responsible of activities in product development considering legal requirements and strictly adhering to deadlines, with adequate performance, and aiming for the best balance between operational cost and productivity, ensuring quality and reliability. These objectives are achieved through the use of design technologies, simulation, component testing, and production process technologies, with close partnerships with Brazilian and global suppliers. This team develops cabins for all AGCO machines (tractors, sprayers, and combines), since the concept and validation, until the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).


Your Impact

  • Projects under your responsibility will involve the main cabin systems:
  • Development of polymeric components for cabins;
  • Interior design;
  • HVAC system;
  • Leading critical projects in alignment with the engineering strategy;
  • Applying all best design practices during the development phase;
  • Identifying cost reduction opportunities;
  • Ensuring all procedures are completed before the design release;
  • Technical synergy with other engineering design teams - AGCO and/or suppliers;
  • Releasing and reviewing 3D model designs as 2D drawings;
  • Preparing release documentation for production, supporting prototype acquisition and assembly;
  • Supporting prototype acquisition and assembly.


Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics;
  • Advanced English proficiency;
  • Extensive experience in 3D software, such as ProE, Creo, Catia, NX, or others in product design development;
  • Experience in the development of polymeric components;
  • Experience in engineering development and product validation in the metallurgical, automotive, or agroindustrial industries.
