Design Engineer (Hydraulic Systems)

In this position you will be responsible for developing local and global solutions in hydraulic systems applied to agriculture equipments such as tractors, sprayers, harvesters and planters. The development includes since concept until validation and support field claims, working in the product engineering, developing projects related with new product introduction projects, current product maintenaince support and suppliers developments.

Your Impact

• Development of new products or technologies and updating current products in hydraulic systems, maintaining technical quality and ensuring compliance with the project schedule and budgetary targets;
• Create and develop hydraulic diagram analyzes in a virtual environment using Automation Studio and/or AMESim software;
• Use engineering and quality tools to manage and control projects such as DVPR, DFMEA, 8D and Design Quality Reviews with a supplier.
• Identify and propose opportunities for cost reduction and innovation;
• Maintain interface with customers, manufacturing, quality, sales and marketing departments.

Your Experience And Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree: Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering;
• Solid experience with mobile hydraulics, virtual analysis in the hydraulic circuit and CFD analysis;
• Experience in tools such as: DFMEA, DVP&R, 8D (Fault Analysis), Ishikawa, PDCA.
• Experience in technical drawings and GD&T.
• Advanced English.
