What we are looking for:
A professional responsible for product development since concept until validation and support field claims. The Engine Engineering team is responsible for South America AGCO Power engines, to develop all necessary systems and applications. Our commitment is to execute these activities considering the legal requirements and strictly complying with deadlines, with adequate performance and looking for the best operating cost and productivity ratio that guarantee quality and reliability. We achieve these goals trough use of design technologies, simulation, component tests and production process technologies with close partnership with Brazilian and global suppliers.



What are you going to do:

  • Develop engine components and support their applications;
  • Develop new products or technologies as to update existing product or technologies;
  • Keep interfaces with customer, manufacturing, quality, sales and marketing departments;
  • Develop engineering solutions and calculations;
  • Release and review 3D models and 2D drawings;
  • Prepare production release documentation and project presentations;
  • Support the acquisition and assembly of prototypes;
  • Follow the lab and field tests, validate complete engines, components, applications and approve final results;
  • Use engineering and quality tools in order to manage and control the projects such as DVPR, DFMEA, 8D and Design Quality Reviews with suppliers.



What do you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree: Mechanical, Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering
  • Experience in design and development; 
  • Knowledge in Diesel Engine components and related systems; 
  • Knowledge in Diesel engine application on vehicle and machinery; 
  • Experience in tools as: DFMEA, DVP&R, 8D (Failure analysis);
  • Knowledge in software ProE (desirable);
  • Advanced English.
