We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced engineer to lead the product development for agricultural machinery, with a primary focus on tractors. This role involves driving innovation and technical excellence across all stages of the product lifecycle from concept design to validation and production, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and meet performance expectations. 

Your Impact  

• Design & Development Leadership: Lead the design and development of hydraulic systems for local tractors and agricultural equipment, and modernize existing solutions to improve efficiency, reliability, and ease of maintenance.  

• Simulation & Diagnostics: Create and evaluate hydraulic schematics using tools like Automation Studio, focusing on agricultural applications; diagnose and resolve hydraulic issues, proposing robust long-term solutions.  

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturing, quality, procurement, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects.  

• Engineering & Quality Methodologies: Apply DFMEA, DVPR, 8D reports, and Design Reviews to ensure system robustness, support supplier collaboration, and manage component sourcing for compatibility with agricultural standards.  

• Innovation & Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost reduction and performance enhancement through technological innovation and system optimization.

 Your Experience and Qualifications  

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering; specialization in Automobile Engineering is desirable.  

• Language Proficiency: Advanced level of English for technical communication and documentation.  

• Product Development & Sourcing: Support product development and component sourcing, ensuring compatibility with agricultural standards and field conditions.  

• Engineering & Quality Methodologies: Apply DFMEA, DVPR, 8D reports, and Design Reviews to guarantee system robustness and effective supplier collaboration.  

• Innovation & Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost reduction and performance enhancement through technological innovation and system optimization.
