What we are looking for:

This professional will be responsible for Field Test Validation for all agriculture tractors projects, to ensure industry leading customer satisfaction. This person will be responsible for leveraging the quality of validation tests at field through analytical tools to help solving field, mechanic, and electronic problems; identify customer needs, propose improvements for the product; capable to execute machine performance and durability tests at field; contribute to field test validation process following the global standard. Support the leadership technically for team development. This person will be part of a team working together as a unique goal, delivering field test performance according to project plan, and being responsible to support HHP strategy and Fendt expansion development on South America Region.

What are you going to do:

• Work with the product engineering team, support product validation by demonstrating and testing the product's performance in the field;
• Conduct inspections, maintenance, field tests to monitor product effectiveness and collect technical data to support analysis;
• Provide technical support to customers during field testing of prototypes;
• Make visits to dealerships, guide customers and advise on the applicability of the product;
• Advise on preventive maintenance and product configurations to improve performance and consequently customer satisfaction
• Work with a support and reporting results weekly through technical reports and also through the AGCO validation team reporting validation status (field test hours) and documenting issues/negative events and resolving these issues as quickly as possible after discussing with the design engineer owner.

What do you need:

• Bachelor's Degree: Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or Agricultural Engineering;
• Experience with field test environment and engineering procedures (tractor operations - driving, settings, configuration, implements and data acquisition, tests planning and execution like as: B2B comparison, performance evaluation, fuel consumption, DV&R, etc);
• Advanced knowledge on field test tools (8D, data acquisition, validation software, diagnosis tools);
• Travel availability (about 70%/80% of the time, in Brazil);
• Intermediate English.
