Your impact

Serve as the operational second in command for New Product Introduction (NPI) related to technical topics and platform strategy. This critical role involves defining and overseeing the architecture of assigned platforms, contributing significantly to AGCO's global system engineering setup. You will work closely with various teams to ensure the platform meets technical, regulatory, and market requirements.

Your experience and qualifications

• Technical Leadership: Define platform architecture in alignment with strategic objectives, playing roles both as Platform Engineer and Platform Architect within the global system engineering framework.
• Strategic Support: Collaborate with the Product Line Engineering (PLE) team to assist in formulating the strategic direction for assigned platforms.
• Global Coordination: Engage in the development of global architecture definitions, ensuring commonality and harmonization across AGCO's platforms, horizontally and vertically.
• Compliance and Quality: Confirm that architecture definition fulfills the requirements of all targeted market areas for the product and maintain the quality of 3D models and drawings.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering).
• Consolidated experience in project coordination and engineering
• Experience with System Engineering, DFMEA and quality tools in general
• Fluent English is mandatory
• Avaliability for national and international travel (low frequency)
