The Product Engineering Specialist will lead validation activities for tractor vehicle test plans (DVP), ensuring accurate execution and reporting to both local and global project committees. This role requires strong expertise in project management and validation processes, providing practical solutions that enhance product development. The specialist will actively participate in defining validation plans (DVP), developing test procedures, and creating technical instructions that add value to processes and products, ensuring quality, reliability, and compliance with engineering requirements.
Your Impact
Lead and execute vehicle validation plans (DVP) for tractors, ensuring alignment with project objectives and global standards.
Coordinate, track, and report validation of results to local and global project committees, maintaining transparency and timely updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define validation strategies, timelines, and resource requirements for efficient execution.
Develop and maintain test procedures, instructions, and documentation, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements during validation activities.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities, supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions, and providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

Your Experience and Qualifications
Educational Background: Engineering graduation (preferably Mechatronic Engineering; Mechanical Engineering or Control and Automation Engineering) and post-graduation (in progress or completed).
Experience & Expertise: Minimum 6 years in vehicle validation or product testing, with proven track record in managing validation plans and reporting in complex projects; experience in lab tests or validation routines and activities.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of validation processes, DVP development, and test execution; familiarity with tractor systems and agricultural equipment; proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Core Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; results-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement; ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross-functional environment.
Communication & Language: Fluent English with excellent communication and presentation abilities for effective interaction across teams and stakeholders.
