Job Summary

The Project Engineer will be responsible for coordination between engineering departments and domains related to 3D and EBOM, as well as leading Extract, Transform, and Load acting as a engineering team lead for the project tasks to ensure workflow efficiency. This crucial role involves maintaining EBOM structure, creating 3D models, and coordinating design reviews, along with implementing processes for data and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination:

Coordinate work across engineering departments and domains related to 3D and EBOM. Ensure the quality of 3D drawings, acting as the point of contact for 3D topics on a single platform.

• EBOM Structure Management:

 Maintain the EBOM structure and control additions/removals, ensuring commonality between brands at the expected level. Supervise the creation of EBOM-MBOM rules.

• Creation and Updating of Virtual Models:

Define and update virtual assemblies and 3D models. Define necessary assemblies for mockup models and be responsible for the project-specific assembly mockup.

• Coordination of LOP Activities and Design Reviews:

Coordinate LOP activities and design changes with the design team leaders of engineering departments. Conduct product health assessments with support from QUA/PI teams in designated CPM areas and ensure communication of the analysis to platform architects, NPI, modules, and transversally.

• Implementation and Coordination of ETL Processes:

 Competencies: Knowledge of CAD tools (ProE, Creo, Catia, or others). Experience in product development (concept, FMEA, DVP&R, DFMA). Knowledge of technical drawings and GD & T. Analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience and qualifications:

• Mechanical, Ag, or Mechatronic Engineering Bachelor's Degree;
• Senior level experiencie engineering in product development environment to gain mastery of complex engineering and manufacturability concepts;
•  Fluency in English;
•  Desirable knowledge in agricultural products, in particular tractors
• Desirable knowledge in Problem Resolution Methodologies and GD&T;
