Sr Validation Engineer

Job Summary:

The professional will work on technical tasks being technical reference of the team. It will have as a key-activity the responsibility of manage and conduct the requested computational analysis under his responsibility, i.e, structural durability; fluid dynamics; systems; topologic and parametric optimization; etc, looking forward to ensure support and quality on the validation of products in the earliest phases of NPI.
The professional will also be responsible of develop and publish reports based on the results acquired during the performed analysis; participate in multifunctional product development groups in order to plan the activities and assure the adequate support for the Locals and Global projects.
In parallel, will work in local and global groups focused on the elaboration of norms and procedures for virtual analysis.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Engineering.

Fluent in English.
Developed Seniority in mechanical; automotive or agro industries working in product development or virtual analysis area;
Strong knowledge in Fatigue, NVH, Welding, Structural materials and polymers;
Desirable knowledge in Star CCM+; DEM
Desirable knowledge in 3D modeling;
Desirable experience in DFMEA & DVP;
Desirable experience in DAQ and field test instrumentations functionalities
