Your Impact
Respond to occurrences and technical information sent by dealers through existing systems; "One Number and Tech Connect".
• Give technically support to dealers and field coordinators in diagnosing/guiding and resolving technical product complaints;
• Report internal areas to technical problems news identified by dealers as critical and premature;
• Monitor and warn prematurely about recurrences of technical solutions implemented in products;
Monitor customer complaints that affect customer satisfaction due to product performance and availability.


Your Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering 
• Have experience in industrial companies.
  English language advanced.
• Have experience in industrial companies.
• Microsoft Office ability. English language advanced.
