Job Summary:
The Product Validation Engineer will be responsible for execute prototype build schedules, ensuring alignment with engineering priorities and program timelines. This role will work within the Engineering Laboratory and Prototype Shop to plan, track and support prototype assembly activities, ensuring processes improvement, medium and long range planning, and alignment with validation requirements. The engineer will interface closely with Project Management, Product Development and Test teams to secure resources and support ongoing AGCO programs. This position will also contribute to equipment planning, cost reduction initiatives, and continuous improvement of safety and 5S standards within the protoshop environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Control
- Develop and manage prototype assembly schedules within PWA, ensuring alignment with engineering priorities and overall program timelines.
- Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and deliverable accuracy.
- Coordinate and track build schedules for current product tests (CPM) and cost reduction initiatives (PCO).
2. Activity Management and Operational Routine
- Support the team in line with project demands and technical requirements.
- Oversee task execution, ensuring adherence to established plans and schedules.
3. Materials, KPIs, and Technical Support
- Monitor parts and material availability to ensure compliance with prototype assembly KPIs.
- Support planning and quotation processes for assembly and test equipment (CERs) through Capex procedures.
4. Communication, Governance, and Alignment
- Participate in project follow‑up meetings, supporting issue resolution, event tracking, and PRB discussions.
- Maintain clear and accurate communication, reporting progress, risks, and needs to engineering teams and other internal stakeholders.
5. Safety, Organization, and Continuous Improvement
- Conduct periodic Safety Walks and support 5S initiatives, promoting a safe and well‑organized work environment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in prototype assembly and testing workflows.

Experience and qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering or equivalent degree (MBA in Project Management preferred)
- Desired minimum of 3 years of engineering experience.
- Must possess a familiarity with Protoshop or Validation tests' processess.
- Experience with Project Planning and related tools.
- Flexibility to adapt to fast track projects and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency using Excel and Power Point.
- English Fluency or advanced level.
