The Continuous Improvement Technician will serve as a change agent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and driving actions across various levels of the organization to ensure added value and the effectiveness of implemented processes and tools. This position reports to the Continuous Improvement Manager.

 

Your Impact

  • Identify, lead, and support process improvement initiatives across the warehouse floor using Six Sigma, and other CI tools.
  • Partner with production, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to implement sustainable solutions
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures and best practices
  • Track and report progress of CI initiatives

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Two or more years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
  • Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing processes, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement tools (DMAIC, Lean 6 Sigma)
  • Strong skills such as communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving

Your Compensation

This position will pay within the range of $35,000-$46,000, based on experience.
