The Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of logistics including material handling, receiving, inventory management, and overall logistics. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader and coach, capable of driving process improvements and implementing change.
Your Impact
- Lead and manage inbound receiving, material handling, inventory staging, and internal material flow
- Collaborate with inventory control and procurement teams to manage stock levels, resolve discrepancies, and support cycle count and audit programs
- Analyze logistics and inventory processes, identifying opportunities for improvement in efficiency, accuracy, cost, and safety
- Utilize warehouse management systems and enterprise resource planning systems to enhance data accuracy and operational transparency
- Coach, develop, and manage a team of logistics personnel, including material handlers and receiving staff
Your Experience and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Demonstrated experience leading change and driving process improvement within logistics and inventory operations
- Strong background in inventory control and warehouse management
- Familiarity with WMS and ERP systems, as well as inventory tracking tools and reporting
Your Compensation
This position will pay within the range of $65,000-$127,000, based on experience. (If applicable add) This position is eligible for a bonus based on 10% of compensation.
