Analyse and resolves problems, interprets policies in defined areas, and demonstrates solid knowledge of processes and procedures. Your Impact

Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards

Ensures that the Production Schedule is followed and Back Orders are completed, as well as the accurate reporting of completed Work Orders

Works with Engineering on the development of assembly processes for both existing and new product

Works with Quality Control on issues and processes related to Assembly and Packaging components

Works with the Operations Manager to ensure that accurate Cycle and Labor times are maintained in GP
Your Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, business, or related field preferred.

Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar manufacturing leadership role.

Strong understanding of production management systems and workflow optimization.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production software (e.g., ERP systems). Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance.

Your Compensation
This position will be within the range of $72,000 - $147381, based on experience. This position is eligible for a sales incentive plan and bonus based on 10% of compensation
