The Product Quality Specialist plays a key role in supporting OEM Customers through resolving product issues and managing issues in the quality management system. This individual will work closely with the Research & Development, Purchasing, Production, and Shipping teams to ensure successful resolutions for our customers.
Your Impact
- Respond to customer quality requirements including non-conformance reports, Warranty claims, and 8D or similar requests
- Collaborate and partner with various teams to ensure efficient and effective problem solving and resolution
- Document details, develop resolution plans, and develop long-term plans to prevent recurrence
- Focus on process standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement
- Read and interpret technical documents including prints, engineering standards, engineering change notices, and product manuals
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, IT, or related field, or have an equivalent combination of education and production experience
- Two or more years of experience in Product Quality or Customer Support role
- Working knowledge of ISO 9000 Quality Standard
- Hands on experience/demonstrated proficiency with various Risk Assessment analysis tools
Your Compensation
This position will pay within the range of $49,152-$94,171, based on experience. (If applicable add) This position is eligible for a bonus based on 6% of compensation.
