The Production Team Lead will be responsible for supervising production activities, coordinating workflow, and maintaining quality and safety standards. This position plays a key role in maintaining workflow efficiency and ensuring production goals are being met. The Production Team Lead reports to the area Supervisor.
Your Impact
- Works with the Supervisors in formulating and administering procedures and processes in their functional area
- Assists in organization work and scheduling staff to ensure the production schedule is followed and work orders are completed in a timely manner
- Monitors the quality of work and brings any issues to supervision
- Adapts procedures, techniques, tools, and materials/equipment to meet specialized needs
- Performs various assignments and is responsible for setting up and takin down work lines/tables.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3 plus years of warehouse or manufacturing experience
- At least 1 year of leadership or team lead experience
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment to include standing and walking for extended periods and the ability to life up to 50 pounds
Your Compensation
This position will pay within the range of $37,298-$70,247, based on experience.

Your Workplace
You will work onsite at our Morton facility to team up with your wonderful AGCO PTx colleagues.
This position is based in a warehouse/distribution environment where temperature may vary. This role is fast-paced and physically active, requiring regular lifting, bending, pushing and pulling, as well as standing and walking for extended periods. Team members must be comfortable working around warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks while following all safety procedures. Some overtime, weekend, or holiday hours may be required based on business needs.
