Production team members are a valuable part of the team and are responsible for ensuring production goals are met while observing the highest standards of safety and quality. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and works well as part of a team.
Your Impact
- Assemble products and components according to specifications and work instructions
- Package, label, and palletize finished goods for storage and shipment
- Keem work areas clean and organized
- Operate basic hand tools, packaging equipment, and other equipment safely
- Follow production schedules and ensure final products meet quality standards
Your Experience and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in assembly, packaging, or production is preferred
- Ability to walk, sit, and stand for extended periods of time
- Lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Your Compensation
This position will pay within the range of $18.00/hr-$21.00/hr, based on experience.

Your Workplace
You will work onsite at our Morton facility to team up with your wonderful AGCO PTx colleagues.
This position is based in a warehouse/distribution environment where temperature may very. This role is fast-paced and physically active, requiring regular lifting, bending, pushing and pulling, as well as standing and walking for extended periods. Team members must be comfortable working around warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks while following all safety procedures. Some overtime, weekend, or holiday hours may be required based on business needs.
