We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our warehouse team for a temporary, project-based assignment lasting approximately three months. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in accuracy and teamwork. High-performing individuals may be considered for full-time employment at the conclusion of the project.
Your Impact
- Receive, sort, and organize incoming materials
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Label and stage products accurately
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
- Assist production with assembly and packaging
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
- Support additional warehouse tasks as needed to meet project deadlines
Your Experience and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
Your Compensation
This position will pay within the range of $18-$22/hr, based on experience.
Your Benefits
This temporary position is not eligible for benefits; however, benefit eligibility may be available upon direct hire.
Your Workplace
You will work onsite at our Morton facility to team up with your wonderful AGCO PTx colleagues.
This position is based in a warehouse/distribution environment where temperature may vary. This role is fast-paced and physically active, requiring regular lifting, bending, pushing and pulling, as well as standing and walking for extended periods. Team members must be comfortable working around warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks while following all safety procedures. Some overtime, weekend, or holiday hours may be required based on business needs.
