For our EME Headquarters based in Neuhausen am Rheinfall, we are looking for a:


CX Brand Governance Specialist 100%


This position will be based at our European Headquarters, Neuhausen in Switzerland. Preferred start date June/July 2023.


Job Summary: 

The brand governance specialist fulfils an important role in the company while working within a global team who fundamentally provides consistency in upholding AGCO brands identity, by guiding and safeguarding its positioning, standards, and points of differentiation. The key role is to support the company in building and maintaining stronger and well-positioning brands, managing global cross-brand initiatives with the main goal to guarantee a comprehensive multi-brand strategy to the company.


Key activities for this new function are the following:

  • Specialist role for building and maintaining a consistent brand governance strategy, focusing on multi-brand guiding principles and guardrails for the 4 P’s of Marketing:  Product portfolio, Price position, Place/distribution strategy and Promotional aspects
  • Interaction within other CX functions, sharing responsibilities to create an engaging brand experience to the customer, with a well-designed brand identity and consistent approach with the guiding principles and guardrails
  • Collaboration with various internal groups around the world and make the brand consistency, guiding principles and multi-brand guardrails visible and active in all areas of interaction
  • Support to maintain efficient channels of communication between the global/regional brand community and the CX team
  • Conduct project and topic-specific analyses in the areas of the 4 P’s of Marketing as well as to support and develop overarching market/business strategies
  • Explore, propose and perform creative solutions towards data gathering and data analytics to map industry, competitor’s movements, and business trends across the globe
  • Can assist in a general advisory and guidance capacity, but also with coordination meetings, project management tools and reports, and other essential services


To apply for this position you should have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent experience required.  Master’s degree preferable
  • Knowledge in business intelligence and market analysis, product planning, pricing strategy and project management is a plus
  • Knowledge of office management best practices and procedure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office product suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proven previous working experience in a multinational organisation
  • Excellent team and communication skills – both written and verbal
  • A background in agriculture is desired
  • Experience working on cross-functional teams in a performance driven organisation with varied skill sets is desired
  • Strong analytical, management and interpersonal skills
  • Agility and flexibility
