Job Summary: 

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our Valtra brand on a 12-month fixed term basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in implementing our brand strategy and driving sales results across the ANZ region. 

Your key responsibilities will include supporting and guiding our dealers to achieve market share and volume targets. You will do this by developing and installing programs that enhance dealer performance and exceed customer expectations, both now and in the future. 

You will excel in this role if you: 

  • Embrace a consultative selling approach 

  • Have a deep understanding of dealership operations and maintain strong relationships with dealer teams 

  • Collaborate closely with salespersons, sales managers, and dealership principals to meet sales targets 

  • Implement short- and medium-term business targets and strategies in alignment with your manager 

 

Your Impact 

As a Sales Specialist for the Valtra brand, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the ANZ Valtra Dealer network. You will be the go-to contact for all sales-related inquiries and provide invaluable assistance in various areas, including: 

  • Sales Campaigns: Drive and manage sales campaigns to boost performance and achieve targets. 

  • Specification & Options Enquiries: Offer expert advice on product specifications and options to meet customer needs. 

  • Demonstration Events: Organize and participate in demonstration events to showcase our products. 

  • Customer Machine Installations: Assist in the installation of customer machines to ensure a seamless experience. 

  • Product Training & Sales Coaching: Provide comprehensive product training and sales coaching to enhance dealer capabilities. 

  • Field Days & Dealer Events: Attend and represent Valtra at field days and dealer events to strengthen relationships and promote our brand. 

  • Stock Unit Allocation: Manage the allocation of stock units to ensure optimal distribution. 

  • Brand Awareness: Ensure Valtra remains top-of-mind with the dealer network through continuous engagement and support. 

Your efforts will be crucial in maintaining and enhancing the strong presence of Valtra within the dealer network, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed customer expectations

Your Experience and Qualifications 

  • Demonstrated career to date in a sale orientated field ideally with understanding and at a minimum exposure to the agriculture industry and /or large machinery.  

  • Business or Agricultural qualifications would be a benefit.
