We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated National Sales Manager with a strategic mindset to join our dynamic, diverse, and Farmer-first-spirited Massey Ferguson / Eikmaskin Team in Oslo/Norway. Massey Ferguson is a market leader in Nordics and Baltics and offers now an exceptionally exciting position for a strong team leader to join the brand sales team.
In this role, you will serve as a vital link between the factory and our dealers, and you will play an important role in shaping the future of agriculture and food production in Norway. We are looking for a sales team leader for developing and implementing strategies that strengthen our market presence and enable the success of the Massey Ferguson customers and our dealer network.
As a member of Massey Ferguson’s Eikmaskin organization, you will be responsible for driving Massey Ferguson’s sales to grow market share profitably, strengthen customer satisfaction, network development, and boost digital sales funnel management with the dealer network. Together with your subordinated team, you will be responsible for the Massey Ferguson brand’s commercial strategy in Norway and the strategic growth plan delivery.
Your Impact
• Processing orders through SAP system
• Achievement of Massey Ferguson machinery sales numbers, market share, margins and inventories
• Manage & develop the dealer networks in Norway that can give Massey Ferguson a competitive advantage & delivering superior customer experiences
• Negotiate dealer and salesmen targets related to the individual sales plans and sales agreements
• Manage and motivate Massey Ferguson Sales/Product team to achieve business goals
• Monitor market activity in Norway with a view to ensuring Massey Ferguson product and business strategies are relevant and consistent with continuous growth
• Coordinate customer needs in cross functional department e.g. after sales, parts, marketing and dealer central
Your Experience and Qualifications
We want the person joining the team to want to affect change every day and can operate in fast-paced environments
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Finance or Business Administration
• At least 5 years as people manager
• Fluent Norwegian and English, both written and oral.
• Strong degree of PC literacy with Microsoft Office.
• Deep knowledge of the Agricultural industry & the agricultural market key drivers
• Strong negotiating skills and ability to influence and motivate others
• Results orientated and able to translate objectives into effective action plans with minimum of supervision
