A Sales Support Specialist and Order Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction by managing administrative tasks, processing orders accurately and in a timely manner, and supporting the sales team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Your Impact

• Sales & Order Coordination: Support sales team with quotes, proposals, presentations, and ensure accurate processing of customer orders, changes, and returns.
• Customer & CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date customer records in CRM systems and handle inquiries to ensure client satisfaction.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Act as a liaison between sales, finance, marketing, logistics, and channel teams to align on campaigns, deliveries, and inventory.
• Documentation & Compliance: Review contracts, invoices, shipping documents, and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Track order status, proactively communicate updates or delays, and maintain accurate transaction and correspondence records.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 3–5 years in sales support, order administration, or customer service.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
