PTx Sales Support Specialist and Order Administrator

A Sales Support Specialist and Order Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction by managing administrative tasks, processing orders accurately and in a timely manner, and supporting the sales team. Sales Support Specialist Duties:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.
  • Maintain customer databases and update CRM systems with accurate client information.
  • Coordinate communication between sales, finance, and channel teams.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update customer records and CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure alignment on campaigns and deliveries.

 

Order Administrator Duties:

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Verify product availability and coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Review sales contracts, invoices, and shipping documents.
  • Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates or delays to customers.
  • Handle order changes, cancellations, and returns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and correspondence.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in sales support, order administration, or customer service.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
  • Soft Skills:
