Order Administrator Duties:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
- Verify product availability and coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Review sales contracts, invoices, and shipping documents.
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates or delays to customers.
- Handle order changes, cancellations, and returns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and correspondence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 3–5 years in sales support, order administration, or customer service.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
