Digital Support Specialist Poland





The task of the Digital Support Specialist is to drive and support the roll-out and adoption of DCX tools among Valtra dealers in [select region: Poland]. Reporting to the National Sales Manager the Digital Support Specialist works closely with Area Sales Managers and the NSM to ensure that dealers are fully enabled to utilize the tools and to ensure understanding of the internal colleagues are trained on tool updates. The digital support specialist also plays a role in the recording and sharing of new requirements and feedback from dealers with the central main users in Suolahti and the DCX Digital Transformation Office.




The Digital Support Specialist knows well  about the different digital tools available for dealers and the sales office team, including Dealer Communities,Salesforce, CPQ, AGCO Retail App, AGCO Finance solution, Showell etc.


The Digital Support Specialist is responsible for:

  • defining a dealer training plan together with the NSM]
  • scheduling and organising dealer training and follow-up sessions
  • training and re-training (in case of updates) the sales office team
  • training and re-training (in case of updates) dealer staff
  • refining communication materials and training materials for local and Valtra-specific use
  • diseminating communication materials concerning the DCX tools to the local teams
  • acting as a first point of contact to questions by the internal team
  • escalating potential issues to the relevant stakeholders (DCX team, Suolahti internal team, Service Desk)
  • actively participating in training sessions organised by the DCX Team
  • pro-active collection and sharing of dealer feedback with the Suolahti and DCX Teams


additional requirement

  • supporting the A&SP Manager in the creation and management of leads and marketing campaigns
  • supporting the Area Sales Manager and National Manager in opportunity reporting and handling




  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree related to one or several following areas: Agriculture, marketing, Sales, Project Management, Business Administration
  • Understanding of Agriculture/Construction business including dealer network structures
  • A passion/ deep interest for digital tools, digital transformations programs
  • Well-organised and customer service attitude
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills to communicate the vision and drive the change
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
