The Region Marketing Communications Specialist role is responsible for the marketing communications plan in a Poland, Central & Eastern Europe. This role will incorporate a deep understanding of the farmer's customer in the given region, the dealership, the competitive landscape, and the PTx product portfolio. The role will work both with external vendors as needed, media partners, and the internal marketing team to ensure that our marketing communications plans are strategic in nature and executed with impact 

 

Your Impact: 

  • Develop product marketing plans for the region to generate awareness, consideration, and leads for the business 

  • Develop brand marketing plans to ensure awareness of PTx and it’s product brands and dealer channel are growing/adequate within the given region. Coordinate with media agencies to create plans as needed. Collaborate with other sub-teams within marketing to bring the marketing plans to life 

  • Identify specific marketing communications goals and objectives for the region. Be involved in the development of the value proposition for new products. Understand the value proposition of the product line as it relates to your specified region. Work with research and analytics as they develop and deploy ongoing brand health surveys and research in your region 

  • Understand PTx dealers businesses in order to inform your decisions. Have a deep understanding of competitive offerings and the precision ag marketing and utilize that knowledge in decision making and share relevant information with the broader team 

  • Budget ownership of the marketing communications plan in your region. Partner with product launch team members to create plans and tactics to successfully launch new products in your region 

 

Your Experience and Qualification: 

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Agriculture or Business studies or other 

  • degree with agriculture experience. 

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing or agriculture sales. Excellent time management skills. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal 

  • Demonstrated leadership skills. Creative problem-solving skills. 

  • Highly motivated, Computer skills: Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel
