Advertising & Sales Promotion Specialist, Valtra 

Location: Madrid, Spain

Who We Are Looking For

A highly motivated individual to join our dynamic Valtra Sales & Marketing Team in AGCO Iberia. This exciting and challenging role will be responsible for marketing communication and digital demand generation in the Spanish market in close collaboration with Valtra brand team in Spain, Valtra Central Marketing team in Finland. The main responsibilities include, but not limited with:

• Marketing and campaign planning
• Digital marketing
• Events management
• Media relations
• Localization of marketing materials
• Dealer marketing support

What You Will Do

• Localize and develop promotional materials and makes available to dealers and customers
• Use advertising material provided by central marketing in Suolahti Finland to tailor and fit to Spanish market requirements
• Work with Valtra dealers to help them promote their businesses and Valtra solutions by engaging them in our campaigns and vice versa
• Create and localize content such as news articles, testimonials, videos
• Manage Valtra digital channels and social media platforms and is responsible for keeping the content up to date to promote the solutions and positive brand image of Valtra in Spain
• Manage promotional activities via appropriate press, media, social media, and other channels within budget guidelines
• Develop and manage media relations with journalists based in the Spanish market
• Assist with planning, build up and execution of shows and events around the Spain
• Regularly measure advertising performance, press coverage, social media share and sentiment and takes action to improve these
• Control marketing and show spend against agreed budgets and forecasts
• Support the Spanish super user in the roll-out and training of digital tools such as CRM, CPQ, Showell, customer portal etc.
• Provide upon-request support to the other Southern European or Spanish-speaking markets with marketing activities

What You Will Bring

• Degree in Marketing or Communications preferably with agricultural orientation
• 2-5 years of Business Experience
• Comprehensive understanding of social media and digital demand generation techniques
• Understanding of agricultural or farm machinery market
• Dealership experience (sales, parts, or service) is beneficial
• Excellent communication skills in written, oral, and visual media
• Fluency in both Written & Oral English & Spanish
• High degree of PC literacy with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel
• Ability to speak and present in front of both small and large audiences
• Strong organization & interpersonal skills

Conditions:

• Percentage of travel estimated up to 60%
