Product Owner, Digital Farming Solutions

The Product Owner plays a key role in driving value delivery within our Agile software teams. As the primary voice of the customer, you ensure the backlog reflects business priorities, guides development toward strategic goals, and upholds product quality standards.  

Your Impact 

• Own and prioritize the product backlog to maximize customer and business value.  

• Define clear, actionable user stories and support the creation of epics. 

• Ensure teams understand roadmap objectives and sprint goals. 

• Collaborate with UX to refine requirements, wireframes, and design concepts. 

• Lead and actively engage in agile ceremonies (PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Refinement, Reviews, Retrospectives). 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

• Degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related fields. 2 years of experience in digital farming or related areas. Experience in software development and agile methodologies. 

• Coordinate across product owners to identify dependencies and refine shared features. Serve as the primary point of contact for global development teams, clarifying business needs.  

• Remove blockers and secure required information to keep development moving.  

• Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and cross-functional teamwork. Ability to work independently and manage complex stakeholder processes.  

• Basic knowledge of agronomy and agricultural machinery is beneficial.
