The AGCO Customer Support team has an exciting opportunity for a high-impact Product Performance Manager, Digital to join its team in delivering extraordinary results to our farmers in Jackson, MN.

 

The purpose and scope of the Product Performance Manager, Precision Farming is to act as a subject matter expert for the Precision Farming products. The position is directly responsible to identify systemic failures, resolution definition, and field implementation of product improvements that increase the overall health of AGCO products. The position is directly responsible and accountable for meeting or exceeding product health targets including time to identify new issues and time to implement improvements to the field population.

 

Travel requirements: 25%

 

What you will do:

 

  • Manage back-office support in solving customer problems by engaging engineering and suppliers.
  • Communicate current product issues and resolution status to the markets.
  • Management of Product Support Programs (PSP) definitions and deployment
  • Organize and lead internal (Global) Service Review Meetings (SRM) to update stakeholders on current problems and provide valuable input on emerging issues that customers may face.
  • Engage in New Product Introductions (NPI) to identify training needs, technical publications, and diagnostics requirements.
  • Drive engagement with stakeholders to ensure the proper issue nomination processes are followed.
  • Drive NPS (Net Promoter Score) improvements and address negative customer feedback.
  • Champion knowledge growth within all internal support groups on assigned products.

 

What you will bring:

 

  • Associates Ag Technical Degree or related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in a technical, problem-solving role in Precision Farming Technologies
  • 2+ years of Intermediate knowledge of Vehicle Electronics, CAN Bus, Multiplexing, DoIP, Vehicle Network Communications, Mobile Electrical, Hydraulic, and Mechatronic Systems

 

A plus if you have:

 

  • Bachelor’s Ag Technical degree or related field
  • 3+ years of Advanced knowledge in agricultural machinery and precision farming products
  • Excellent knowledge of GPS, Correction Services, and common Industry Providers
  • Familiarity with pc-based and application log files, and interpretation tools
  • Excellent influencing and negotiating skills across all levels.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, Big-picture view of issues
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Familiar with agile and project management principles and practices
  • Experience with being a member of a cross-functional Product Team
