Your Impact 

• Operational Excellence: Ensure critical parts are delivered to farmers at the right time by driving efficiency across the end-to-end supply chain.  
• Data-Driven Problem Solving: Tackle complex global supply chain challenges using analytics and insights to optimize performance and decision-making.  
• Supply Chain Resilience: Contribute to building agile, intelligent, and future-ready supply chains that can adapt to changing market demands and disruptions.  
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and network efficiency to strengthen overall supply chain effectiveness.  

Your Experience and Qualifications 

• Foundational Domain Knowledge: Academic exposure to, or practical understanding of, core supply chain principles—specifically demand forecasting, inventory optimization, material planning, and product lifecycle management—providing a strong baseline for the rotational assignments.  
• Analytical Mindset: A proven ability to break down complex problems and derive actionable insights using structured thinking and quantitative approaches.  
• Digital Dexterity: High comfort level in adapting to new enterprise technologies, digital planning tools, and AI-driven workflows to drive process efficiency.  
• Data Storytelling: The ability to not just analyze data, but to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.  
• Ownership & Drive: A high sense of accountability, intrinsic curiosity, and a continuous learning mindset designed to thrive in a dynamic, hybrid, and high-performance environment.
