Your Impact 

• Strategic Insights: Turn complex global pricing data into powerful business decisions that influence how AGCO competes, drives profitability, and positions its portfolio across international markets. 
• Operational Execution: Manage day-to-day pricing updates and ensure accurate, seamless implementation across enterprise ERP systems and regional product catalogs. 
• Discrepancy Resolution: Act as a crucial partner to internal sales teams and global dealer networks by investigating pricing anomalies, correcting system errors, and streamlining root-cause resolution processes. 
• Innovation & Digital Transformation: Work directly on AI-driven pricing models and digital transformation initiatives that modernize how we approach enterprise revenue management. 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

• Foundational Domain Knowledge: Academic exposure to, or practical understanding of, microeconomics, financial modeling, value-based pricing, or corporate revenue management principles. 
• Data & Querying Proficiency: A solid foundation in SQL, Python, or R to extract, manipulate, and analyze complex global data sets from enterprise data hubs. 
• Visual Storytelling: Experience using data visualization platforms (like Power BI or Tableau) to translate complex pricing analytics into clear, executive-level insights for non-technical stakeholders. 
• AI & Predictive Analytics Readiness: Familiarity with foundational machine learning concepts to actively support, test, and scale our AI-driven intelligent pricing models. 
• Complex Product Aptitude: A naturally curious mindset with the capacity to quickly grasp intricate, high-value product portfolios within the agricultural and heavy machinery sectors.
