The AI Agent Developer will design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions to enhance business processes, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making. This role involves close collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Data teams to translate business requirements into intelligent AI agents that deliver measurable value across operations.    

 
Your Impact 

• Translate business needs into AI-ready requirements by partnering with Product Owners to gather, analyse, and document business, data, reporting, testing requirements, user stories, technical specifications, workflows, and acceptance criteria aligned to business objectives. 

• Design and deliver AI agent solutions by developing and refining prompts, actions, guardrails, conversational topics, and interaction scenarios across platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Gemini Agent (Vertex AI), and Agentforce to optimize accuracy, compliance, and user experience. 

• Guide AI solution architecture and enablement by identifying suitable AI models, tools, and historical data sources, and documenting current- and future-state business processes to support transformation initiatives. 

• Drive validation, quality, and stakeholder alignment by securing approval for requirements and solutions, coordinating with end-users for human-in-the-loop validation, and ensuring reliability during testing phases. 

• Continuously improve AI performance by establishing feedback loops, categorizing user utterances, and iterating on prompts, instructions, workflows, and agent behaviours through ongoing learning cycles. 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

• 4+ years of professional Python experience with a focus on AI integration. 

• 3–5 years of experience in business support, operations, or related functional roles. 

• Hands-on experience with either Agentforce, Copilot Studio, or Vertex AI(Gemini).  

• Experience building agents that don't just "talk" but actually "do" (utilizing tools, APIs, and reasoning loops) for business automation and intelligent assistance. 

• Deep understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation(RAG) to ensure AI responses are accurate and context-aware.
