AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Aftersales Marketing Services.
This role is to support the global Aftersales Marketing Services team with the deployment of Aftersales marketing campaigns which are designed to drive Aftersales growth. This role will support the digital marketing team to ensure that the global digital deployment of Aftersales campaigns via email, social media, SMS and WhatsApp runs smoothly and on time
Your Impact

Digital Communications Set-up
Set up of regional and market variations of campaign emails, SMS and WhatsApp within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Mobile Studio using personalisation strings and dynamic content to tailor communications to customer segments. Set up communications journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud based on a brief provided. Set up of regional and market variations of campaign social media (both organic and ads) within Meta, Sprinklr or any other social scheduling tool.

Digital Communications Deployment
Preview and test communications ahead of deployment. Deploy campaign email, SMS and WhatsApp journeys to segmented audiences using Salesforce Data Cloud with careful consideration of timing to optimize engagement. Deploy social media ads which use multiple content formats, setting the most effective objective, defining the most appropriate target audiences and setting a suitable budget to optimize engagement during the campaign period.

Social media ad budget
Tracking social advertising spend. Submitting ad spend expenses. Managing annual ad spend budget across a 12-month calendar of activities.

As needed, work as back up for back office team in answering dealer & customer requests. Collaborate with Product Management and Training teams to bridge training gaps for AGCO dealers & act as Train-The-Trainer for Customer Support Team

Drive NPS (Net Promoter Score) survey feedback findings to resolution to ensure that negative customer feedback is addressed
Your Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Digital Marketing professional certification.

Mandatory Experience and high-level competency in using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder and Data Cloud to set up and deploy email, SMS and WhatsApp communications journeys including segmentation, personalization, and automation on a global scale.

Mandatory Experience and high-level competency in setting up ads in Meta and using social media scheduling tools on a global scale.

Understanding of reporting within Salesforce and Meta. Familiarity of leveraging Salesforce Einstein would be a strong advantage.

Familiarity of managing data extensions and importing data into Salesforce would be an advantage. Experience with A/B testing of communications Experience in using a Project-based software, (e.g. Monday.com) to track and support project delivery.
