This role within Aftersales Marketing Services manages the content strategy for digital assets (videos, images, documents) to ensure:

Central storage and distribution via Media Place or regional platforms

Integration with AGCO systems for efficiency

Global reuse and avoidance of duplication

Automated regionalisation and personalisation
Key responsibilities include cataloging, tagging, governance, GDPR compliance, file naming conventions, folder structures, usage reporting, and compliance monitoring. The role also defines Aftersales workflows in DAM, trains users, and collaborates with Creative Services and the DCT-DAM team for enhancements.
Your Impact

Uploading, cataloguing and tagging all digital assets produced by the Creative Services team to AEM DAM to ensure that they can be distributed to different audiences via our Media Place website (or other regional sites), be consumed by other AGCO systems and be easily referenced to create and deploy targeted marketing communications

Uploading, cataloguing and tagging all raw video content produced by 3rd party agencies and the Creative Services team to Bynder to ensure this content can be reused

Ensuring all our Aftersales assets loaded to DAM comply with the global DAM standards, including defining and adhering to file naming conventions and folder structures and governing and ensuring GDPR / licencing compliance.

Working with the DCT-DAM team to ensure our business requirements are considered in all developments of the DAM system, as well as testing and bug raising and monitoring

Being an advocate of central digital asset management across the Aftersales business and training any additional DAM users we have across our Aftersales organisation
Your Experience and Qualifications
-
Previous experience managing digital assets ideally using Adobe Experience Manager
-
Experience of working in an Aftermarket role for a multi-market, multi-brand organisation with a franchised distribution network preferred

Experience working with a marketing team that executes multi-channel, multi-market, multi-brand digital marketing campaigns

Experience using a project management tool like Monday.com

Experience testing systems, raising bugs, gathering and communicating business requirements to a digital development team.
