Aftersales Social Media Specialist, Global Parts

This role plays a key part in driving the awareness of AGCO's Aftersales products and services within the digital space, driving eCommerce /website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers which supports the Aftersales Global Sales objectives.Responsible for planning and deploying social content across AGCO Parts social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) to build brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive business objectives such as eCommerce sales.This role involves monitoring trends, analyzing performance metrics and implementing best practices to optimize social activity.The specialist will work with the creative services team (copy + design), eCommerce and regional leads to create a social content plan for all key markets across the globe that works in partnership with and compliments our ARM/AMP activities and associated campaigns and offers. 

 
Your Impact 

  • Develop and execute social media plan aligned with AGCO Parts strategic goals. Set-up of new AGCO Parts social media channels as required. 

  • Work with team to create engaging content (posts, videos, stories) tailored to each platform. 

  • Coordinate content development with designers and copywriters, Work with eCommerce and regional leads and other stakeholders for cohesive campaigns. 

  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and foster community engagement. 

  • Review performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) together with Campaign Analyst. Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and emerging tools. 

 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

  • Full time bachelor's degree is a must from a recognized government-approved institution and Digital Marketing is desirable. 

  • High level of competency with Meta and other social platforms. Experience of A/B and multi-variate testing essential. 

  • Experience working in an Aftermarket role for a multi-market, multi-brand organization with a franchised distribution network preferred. 

  • Experience developing, coordinating, executing and monitoring multi-market, multi-brand social media campaigns. 

  • Experience using a project management tool like Monday.com
