AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Analyst Vendor Master Data. 

The Vendor Master Data Analyst is accountable for gathering information, entering, maintaining and monitoring core data to ensure compliance with policies and data quality requirements. Maintain vendor, customer, employee and salesperson master data according to company policy and SLA (Service Level Agreement). Continuous improvements are an essential part of our culture and there are many opportunities for future professional growth. 

Your Impact 

• Create, maintain, and improve the vendor master database by reviewing the vendor requests, creating new vendors, or adjusting the settings of existing vendors in a timely manner. 

• Initiate, develop and execute plans and procedures to improve existing vendor master process. Proactively monitor and control data quality. Identify vendor related problems and issues and offer insights and recommendations based on these findings 

• Ensure new vendor master data are not duplications of existing data, Maintain regular deactivation of obsolete data and Key contact point for business owners to help troubleshoot data issues. And work with business process owners in defining standard operating procedures, process flows and related documentation for all item master data. 

• Assign vendors to the appropriate legal entity, provide report on vendor master as needed and Provide general support as required, ensuring complete sensitivity and confidentiality be applied at all times  

• Create, edit and block master data according to company policy, ensure the master data maintenance meet SLA commitment, perform the periodical review and audit of master data to ensure the accuracy and completeness and take the initiatives to improve the master data process 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree 

• Relevant experience in Master data is must

• Experience in SAP ECC & S4 HANA and Experience in share service center is a plus. 

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in handling Vendor Master Data 

• Good understanding of complete P2P cycle
