The Dealer Readiness Manager is responsible for ensuring North American dealers are fully prepared to adopt, execute, and scale key commercial initiatives. This role serves as the bridge between strategy, field teams, and dealer networks, translating program requirements into clear, actionable readiness plans. Success requires strong analytical capability, the ability to build and maintain dashboards that track dealer performance and adoption, and a disciplined approach to identifying gaps and driving continuous improvement. 

    

Your Impact 

  • Track and report on dealer readiness compliance and adoption of commercial initiatives across North America. 

  • Develop and refine readiness frameworks, timelines, and progress tracking tools to drive transparency and accountability. 

  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards that monitor dealer performance, adoption, and capability gaps. Analyze dealer data to identify trends, risks, and actionable opportunities for targeted support. 

  • Partner with Sales, Aftersales, Marketing, and Training teams to align data-driven insights with operational execution. 

  • Collaborate closely with the Change Agent to ensure analytical findings inform effective communications and enablement strategies.Provide insights and recommendations to leadership to strengthen dealer enablement and program effectiveness. 

 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

  • Full‑time bachelor's degree from a recognized government-approved institution 

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization and dashboard creation Tableau, or similar). 

  • Ability to translate complex program requirements into practical dealer facing tools and processes. 

  • Experience in dealer networks, commercial operations, or readiness/enablement roles preferred. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex data and insights to global stakeholders.
