AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Digital Content and Release Specialist.

 

As the Digital Content and Release Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing workflows, managing digital assets, coordinating market releases, and ensuring effective communication within the organization. With a focus on the Aftersales CPQ Configurator, you will drive the development and maintenance of digital content and release processes to enhance our aftersales offerings.

 

Your Impact

  • Analyze and improve workflows related to the creation, maintenance, and release of digital content, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage translation processes, quality controls, and product activations during new market roll-outs as a Release Specialist.
  • Coordinate closely with core brands, regional commercial teams, and other stakeholders to manage digital assets, including images and pictures.
  • Communicate and document new products available on the market, creating training and communication materials for market launches.
  • Gather business requirements, analyze gaps in existing system, oversee implementation and system integration of new features, improve user experience testing, and facilitate stakeholder communication within the Aftersales CPQ Configurator.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital content management, release management, and e-commerce product management.
  • Provide expertise in e-commerce product management, leveraging insights to enhance aftersales offerings and customer experience.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience in digital aftersales, agile software development, or related fields, with a focus on B2B business.
  • Proven experience in optimizing workflows, managing digital assets, and coordinating market releases.
  • Strong organizational skills, process thinking, and implementation mentality.
  • Ensure business requirements are accurately captured agreed, accepted and implemented.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Flexibility in working at different time zones to participate in Business meetings.
  • 5+ years of Global experience driving enterprise level support.
  • Proficiency in English is required; basic German would be a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems such as SAP Hybris and Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Azure DevOps, product configurator software (e.g., Configit CPQ), SAP ERP/ECC, and MS Office.
  • Experience in e-commerce product management and knowledge of industry best practices.
