AGCO Parts is seeking a skilled and driven Campaign Analyst  to join our dynamic Marketing Team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about leveraging Salesforce technology to optimize marketing operations, drive data-driven decision-making, and enhance customer engagement within the agricultural equipment industry.   

 
Your Impact 

• Administer and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to support AGCO Parts marketing campaigns and initiatives.  

• Analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.  

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align business requirements with Salesforce Cloud solutions.  

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models for tracking marketing performance. Manage integrations between Salesforce Cloud and other marketing technology platforms. Provide training and support to marketing team members on Salesforce best practices.  

• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security within the Salesforce platform. 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Mathematica/ Marketing Analytics, Agriculture, or a related field, approved by AICET institution   

•  8 + years of total experience, including 5 years of hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Analyze as a Campaign Analyst or Marketing Analyst, with strong skills in analyzing and optimizing marketing campaigns.  

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.  

• Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, and digital marketing platforms.  

• SQL experience is needed
